Direct Flights From Russia to China are Increased

A direct air route between Harbin, capital of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, and Moscow was launched on August 28, 2014. The route, operated by Russia's Ural Airlines, is the first one to link Northeast China with Moscow. The once-a-week flight is expected to boost trade and personnel exchanges between the two countries.

Besides the main cities, there are also direct flights from Russia to Xi'an, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Wuhan, Urumchi and Guangzhou.

With those flights connected the two countries bring more visitors to China. Only in July 2014 there are around 209,600 people come from Russia.
