Shanghai Skyscraper Reaches Higher

In Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, near the Shanghai World Financial Center and Jin Mao Tower, the 137-story Shanghai Tower is expected to open in the middle of 2015. The skyscraper reaching is designed to be 632 meters.
This new landmark building will include offices, commercial space, a five-star hotel, exhibition and conference halls and recreational facilities. The tower will help meet demand for high-end offices as the city seeks to become an international financial center and free trade zone.

Shanghai Tower J Hotel
The J hotel has reserved the 84th to 110th floors of the Shanghai Tower. It belongs to Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels (Group) Co., Ltd. 258 extravagant guestrooms will await for its visitors and the hotel lobby will be found on the 101st floor. By the time it opens in 2014 or 2015, the hotel will be the world`s tallest luxury hotel and it will surpass the current tallest hotel - Park Hyatt Shanghai. Jin Jiang Hotels expected the design of Shanghai Tower J Hotel to exceed Forbes (Mobil)'s Five-Star, AAA's Five-Diamond, the Platinum Five-Star in China, and the Green Hotel standards.
